Take the next step — without pressure
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
If something isn’t working,
that’s already enough to begin.

It’s normal to feel unsure
Most people don’t arrive here completely certain - and that's ok.
They arrive because:
something isn’t working the way it used to
their mind feels harder to switch off
they’ve tried to manage it on their own
and they’re starting to wonder if there’s a better way
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need the perfect explanation.
You just need a willingness to explore something different.
What happens when you book
Step 1 — Initial consultation (up to 2 hours)
We take the time to understand:
what’s happening
what’s driving it
what you want to change
This isn’t rushed.
Step 2 — A clear approach
You’ll leave with:
an understanding of your patterns
a plan for how we’ll work together
and often, your first experience of change
Step 3 — Continued work (if that feels right for you)
From there, we:
regulate the nervous system
update patterns
reinforce new responses
At a pace that works for you.

There are no expectations — just a structured process to understand what’s going on and what will help.
You might be wondering…
“What if this doesn’t work for me?”
That’s a fair question.
This approach is practical, structured and tailored —
but it’s also collaborative.
If it’s not the right fit, we’ll be clear about that.
“Do I need to believe in hypnosis?”
No.
You don’t need to “believe” in it —
you just need to be willing to engage in the process.
"What if I don't know how to explain what's going on?"
That’s completely fine.
Part of my role is helping you make sense of it.
"Is this going to feel uncomfortable or confronting?"
Not in the way most people expect.
The process is paced and guided — you’re always in control.

You don’t need to keep managing this on your own.
Most people wait longer than they need to.
Starting earlier tends to make the process easier.
